As the season gets underway, a reminder that each team must have at least two
Dressing Room Monitors. This is an OWHA requirement to ensure a safe and respectful environment for players.
👉 All team staff – including Dressing Room Monitors – must be
registered in RAMP and officially
rostered with their team, and have completed:
✅ Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS)
✅ Gender Identity & Expression training
✅ Respect in Sport – Activity Leader
⚠️ All requirements must be completed before entering the dressing room. Two monitors (including any screened and rostered female staff) must be present at all times.
⚠️ Only rostered team personnel may be in the dressing room. Siblings, players from other teams, and parents or guardians who are not on the team staff
are not permitted. If a player requires assistance from a parent or guardian, this should be provided outside the dressing room.
