The 2021 / 2022 Coach Evaluations is now live.

Please take a few minutes to evaluate your coaching staff from the current season of play. This is an opportunity for all Mooretown Lady Flags members to provide feedback on all coaching & bench staff.

By providing this feedback it will assist in the selection process of next season's coaches and also helps our executive to identify successes and opportunities for improvement.

Please be honest and objective when submitting your evaluation. We value your feedback and it is imperative in allowing us to continue to provide a strong hockey program for our girls!

NOTE: If you wish to have your evaluation anonymous please state so in the online form.
