Attention Lady Flags Members,

Please read the following notice from Moore Sports Complex below. This not is in regards to Covid vaccinations and was issues October 26, 2021.

Lambton Public Health has released an extension to the Ontario Regulation 364/20 requiring all persons 12 years of age entering a facility used for sport and recreational fitness activities to provide proof of vaccination beginning October 31, 2021.

This new provision includes coaches and volunteers.

Important Dates:

October 31, 2021 - Proof of Full or Partial Vaccination
November 30, 2021 - Proof of FULL vaccination
