Lambton Public Health has released an extension to the Ontario Regulation 364/20 requiring all persons 12 years of age entering a facility used for sport and recreational fitness activities to provide proof of vaccination beginning
October 31, 2021.
This new provision includes coaches and volunteers.Important Dates:
October 31, 2021 - Proof of Full or Partial Vaccination
November 30, 2021 - Proof of FULL vaccination
