MSC Protocols - What to expect
Submitted By kaylen on Tue 09 21, 21
As of tomorrow, September 22nd COVID-19 procedures come into effect as mandated by the Ontario Government. This includes the MSC, all procedures need to be followed to ensure our girls stay on the ice this season.

Anyone entering the MSC over the age of 18 must show the required proof of being fully vaccinated and valid identification to the COVID screeners in the lobby.

There will be a volunteer from our association present at all skates to ensure this runs smoothly.

There is a Grace Period for "On-Ice and On-Bench Staff" for games and practices. These Specific Volunteers can enter Arena until October 17( OWMA rules) without proof of vaccination. If a coach, trainer or manager will not be on bench/Ice during games/practices they can not enter until they have proof of vaccination. After Oct 17 Double Vaccination proof is required for all Bench Staff.

If you do not wish to follow the requirements to show identification and proof of vaccination please do not attend the arena. Failure to follow requirements and/or disrespectful behaviour towards MSC staff or Lady Flags volunteers will result in players being suspended. There will be zero exceptions to this.

We understand this is a difficult time for everyone, we are asking for everyone's cooperation at this time. We all want what is best for our kids, lets work together to ensure this season is a success.

Thank you,

Lady Flags Executive
