2021 AGM this Thursday!! Nominations OPEN!!!
Please save the date for our upcoming Virtual Annual General Meeting to be held on February 25, 2021 at 7:00PM. We will send out more info closer to the date. We encourage all members to log on and attend as we will be giving season updates, discussing next season and filling open Executive positions.
The following Lady Flags Executive positions are up for nomination:
- President -
Amanda Ross Nominated
- Director of Risk Management
- Director of Sponsorship
- Director of Volunteers
- Treasurer
Duties of these positions can be found in our
constitutionWe will be taking nominations for the above listed positions are up until and during the AGM on February 25th.
If a person wishes to be a candidate for an Executive position with the Lady Flags, it is not necessary for that person to be in attendance at the Annual General Meeting, but that person's intention must be submitted, in writing, to the Secretary of the Mooretown Lady Flags prior to February 25th, 2021.
Mooretown Lady Flags members will be voting in new board positions at the AGM, these positions will be eligible for nominations the night of the AGM and will be voted on during elections.
