Lady Flags Season Upcoming Season / Important Info!

Lady Flags 2020 / 2021 Members PLEASE READ & COMPLETE ASAP!

As we get ready to tie up our girl's skates and hit the ice this weekend please keep in mind there is a lot of forms & waivers we need signed prior to. This is all very time sensitive & your player will not be permitted in the facility unless these are complete.

* Also please remember your first payment or payment in full is due tomorrow, September 10th! (Payment info below)

Please review and familiarize yourself with the Moore Sports Complex's Return to Play as well as our Mooretown Lady Flags Return to Play


The following waivers MUST complete by all individuals entering the facility
(example: trainers, executives, parents) and all players before they will be allowed to participate.

The arena will be providing MTMHA with a list of all completed waivers.
There will be ZERO exceptions to this, please take care of this ASAP. 

In addition to the above township waivers we will require every player & one parent to review & complete the below form. Please completed this ASAP.

ATTENTION PARENTS & PLAYERS...PLEASE READ!!!

Masks/Face coverings are required to be worn in the facility at all times (except on ice surface).  Physical distancing required throughout facility

Contact tracing, passive screening, and player check in will be conducted at entry point to facility.  Directional arrows and signage will be provided throughout.

Please ensure players come fully dressed and ready to participate.  Dressing rooms are for putting on skates/helmets only. For younger age groups, please bring remaining gear in a duffle bag so kids aren't trying to lug big bags through the arena to the dressing room. For players that cannot tie their own skates it is advised that they enter facility with skates and skate guards on if possible.  There will be a carpet runner from main entrance to rink area but skate guards will still be required for safety purposes.  

Players will only have access to dressing rooms 15 minutes prior to and 10 minutes following session.  Please arrive at door 15 minutes before check in to allow time for pre-screening and ensure players can get on ice in time.

U9 Novice age players will be permitted to be accompanied by a parent to the pre screening desk only to provide contact info and then must exit down the hallway by the washrooms.

No Spectators permitted in the facility.  

Showers will not be available.  Washrooms will be available.

Ensure players bring their own water bottle that is clearly marked with their name.



Finally, it is vital to the success of our season that everyone is patient and understanding as we begin to go back into the arena. There will be COVID screening upon entry and things will be moving at a much slower pace then we are used to. Please have this discussion with your kids, we thank you in advance for your cooperation. We are confident in the plan in place and we are looking forward to a FUN season of hockey ahead!!!
