Mooretown Lady Flags Volunteer Cheque ....

Before any girl gets on the ice we need to ensure that the parents have brought in their $500 volunteer cheques. No child is allowed on the ice until we have the volunteer form and cheque. Cheques will be collected by team managers at the 1st practice.

Any family that does not volunteer the mandatory 6 hours will have the cheque cashed in January.Even if you have already volunteered a cheque needs to be submitted and will be destroyed as per the policy on January 20, 2020.

Please make cheques payable to Mooretown Lady Flags and post date for January 20, 2020.
Please include with your cheque the completed volunteer cheque form provided in the link below.

POLICY 3.8 – Volunteering Every hockey family within MLFGHA must provide six (6) volunteer hours to the MLFGHA for each season in order to keep our operational costs low. Several opportunities will be available in order to accommodate busy schedules. Volunteer hours (or arrangements for) must be completed by January 20. To guarantee the volunteer hours are completed, MLFGHA will require one (1) $500 cheque from every family that registers with MLFGHA, which must be attached to a volunteer cheque form. Cheques/forms must be submitted before any player from that family can skate at the beginning of the season. Cheques must be post-dated for January 20 of the respective year in which the season falls.
