Mid Season Coach Evaluation - 2018 / 2019 Season
Submitted By Director of Communications on Tuesday, January 22, 2019
The 2018 / 2019 Mid Season Coach Evaluation is now live.

Please take a few minutes to evaluate your coaching staff from the current season of play.

This is an opportunity for all MTLFGHA members to provide feedback on all coaching staff.  By providing this feedback it will assist in the selection process of next season's coaches and also helps MTLFGHA to identify successes and opportunities for improvement.

Please be honest and objective when submitting your evaluation.

We value your feedback and it is imperative in allowing us to continue to provide a strong hockey program for our girls! Thank you in advance!
